Is my small business logo copyrighted in the World? (add to this one if the client owns the logo after it’s created)
Under the copyright law, logos are automatically protected if they are new and original works of art. This means that no one else can copy or use your logo without your permission. Please note this is different from Trademark which offers a greater degree of protection for your logo.
