Refunds for Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is accidentally made, we will issue a full refund for the extra amount. Please contact us at contact@creatiflogo.com. with proof of the duplicate payment, and we will process the refund within 1-2 business days.

Refunds within One Day of Order

If you decide not to proceed with our logo design services, you are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within one day (24 hours) of placing the order. No design work must have been started for this refund to be processed. To cancel, please email us at contact@creatiflogo.com within the 24-hour period.

Non-Refundable Services

Once the 24-hour period has passed and work has begun on your logo design, refunds will no longer be available. This is due to the time and creative effort invested in the project.

Initial Deposits

If a deposit is required to start the project, it is non-refundable after the 24-hour period has passed. The deposit secures our time and resources to begin the design process.

Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. The number of revisions included will be outlined in the agreed project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. We will work with you to make reasonable adjustments to the design, but no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction once the final design has been approved.

Project Cancellation

If you decide to cancel the project after the 24-hour window but before completion:

– For work already completed, you will be charged for the portion of the work done up to the point of cancellation. No refunds will be issued for completed work.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved (for duplicate payments or cancellations within one day), it will be processed through the original payment method within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
